Refund Policy
At Collect Sneakers Barcelona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please follow the instructions below.

Deadlines: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product to our store.

Please note, all return costs are at your expense.

If you choose to make a return, you must complete the refund form (click here to download it). Print out, fill in, and include the form in the box with your return.

After checking your package, we will process your refund if it meets the following conditions:

Product: Products may be tried on but should not be worn. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories. To protect the shoe box, please use a double box.

Once the item has been returned and confirmed, the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that if you made your payment with Alma, refund processing times may be longer.

For all in-store sales, we only accept exchanges.
You can also exchange your product in-store if you placed your order online.
