Can I try the sneakers on before I buy them ?
Yes, you are welcome to try the sneakers on before purchasing them in our store. If the purchase is made in-store, you can also exchange the product directly at the boutique.
For online orders, you always have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item using your own shipping method. We recommend using a protective shipping box.
Please make sure the product is new, unworn, and includes all original packaging and accessories, so it can be placed back on sale.
What methods of payment are accepted in the shop ?
We accept cash and credit card payments. We accept all types of credit cards. Credit card payments can be made in 2 or 3 installments free of charge in the shop with Alma.
What are the shop's most popular pairs and best-sellers ?
Our shop offers a wide variety of popular and best-selling products. On the footwear side, some of our most requested brands include On Running, Veja, Saucony, and New Balance.
In addition to shoes, we also provide a large selection of clothing and accessories, with many customer favorites available throughout the year.

Do you have any special sizes available ?
We offer a wide range of sizes, from 35.5 to 47 depending on the model.
Do you offer sneakers reservations ?
We can reserve some pairs, depending on the model, but the customer must pay a deposit so that we can be sure, as some pairs can take a long time to find.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 90€ in Spain and 150€ in Eurpope with Correos Express / UPS

How soon will my order be ready for pickup?
In our store, pickup orders are usually ready within 1 to 2 hours during opening hours.
