Nomio is a natural performance shot made from broccoli sprouts, developed in Sweden and tested with top endurance athletes for over a decade. This box contains 4 servings.

Its active compounds, isothiocyanates (ITC), activate NRF2, the body's main stress-response system. In training, this is linked to lower lactate, less oxidative stress and better adaptation to high training loads. Each shot delivers the ITC equivalent of around 2.5–3 kg of raw broccoli.

Key features

• Rich in isothiocyanates (ITC)
• Natural, short ingredient list
