The Näak Recovery Complete Mix is a post-exercise recovery drink mix in a smooth Vanilla Chai flavour. Its creamy texture and subtle spicy notes make refuelling after a workout both effective and enjoyable.

Specially formulated for post-exercise recovery, it combines natural carbohydrates, plant-based proteins and essential electrolytes to help you restore energy, rebuild muscles and rehydrate after hard sessions, long runs and races. The carbohydrates recharge glycogen stores, the complete proteins support muscle recovery and repair, the BCAAs help reduce muscle soreness and the electrolytes replenish minerals lost through sweat. It is a simple way to start recovering as soon as you finish, for athletes who want both performance and great taste. Please check the allergen information below before use.
