Maurten Solid C 160 is a convenient oat- and rice-based energy bar with cocoa, providing 40 g of carbohydrates per bar for chewable fuel on the go.

It is ideal for preloading before activity or replenishing energy during training and racing. Each bar is pre-cut in the middle so it splits into two equal parts of 20 g of carbohydrates, and its 40 g total matches Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160 for consistent, modular fuelling. The chewy texture and cocoa flavour offer a welcome break from liquid fuels during long sessions.
