Maurten Drink Mix 320 CAF 100 is an endurance fuel combining carbohydrates, caffeine and electrolytes to deliver energy efficiently during training and racing.

Each sachet provides 80 g of carbohydrates and 100 mg of caffeine to help enhance alertness, reduce perceived effort and support performance. Mixed with 500 ml of water, it creates a liquid sports drink that forms a hydrogel on contact with stomach acid, encapsulating carbohydrates, caffeine and electrolytes so they pass smoothly through the stomach and are absorbed efficiently in the intestine. It has a neutral taste and only six ingredients. Mix one sachet with 500 ml of water, preferably low in minerals, and shake well.
