DESCRIPTION
Santa Madre Lactate 60 OFF CAF is an advanced endurance gel that adds lactate to your carbohydrate fuelling: each 80 g gel combines 40 g of carbohydrates with 60 mmol of lactate.
Lactate is absorbed through MCT transporters, independently of glucose and fructose, giving an extra fuel pathway during long, hard efforts. It complements carbohydrate fuelling, it does not replace it.

How to use
