The Näak Boost Energy Gel is a high-carb gel for intense training and racing. This 48 g gel comes in a refreshing Ice Mint flavour.

Each gel provides 30 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio for fast-acting, steady energy, plus 100 mg of caffeine to help you stay sharp when the effort gets tough. The cool mint flavour is a welcome change from fruity gels and helps reduce flavour fatigue, so you can keep fuelling regularly over long distances. Certified by Informed Sport and suitable for vegan, gluten-free and nut-free diets, it is designed for efforts from 5K right up to 100-mile events. Recommended use: one gel every 20–30 minutes, 2–3 gels per hour, with at least 500 ml of water, adjusting to your individual needs. Test it in training before using it on race day.

Keep a few in your pocket or race belt so you can fuel whenever you need it.
