The Näak Boost Energy Drink Mix is a high-carb, sustainable fuel designed for intense efforts. Each single packet delivers 60 g of carbohydrates in an unflavoured mix.

Mixed into your bottle, it lets you take on a large part of your carbohydrate needs while you drink, which is especially useful on long runs, hard sessions and race days when chewing or opening gels becomes difficult. Alongside the carbohydrates, each packet adds 400 mg of electrolytes to help replenish minerals lost in sweat. Because it has no flavour, it helps prevent the flavour fatigue that can build up over long efforts, so you can keep fuelling consistently from start to finish. It also combines easily with gels and other products in your fuelling plan. Follow the instructions on the packet and adjust your intake to the intensity, the conditions and your own needs; it is always a good idea to test your fuelling in training before using it in a race.
