The Näak Boost Energy Gel is a high-carb gel for intense training and racing. This 48 g gel comes in a light, low-sweetness Peach Tea flavour.

Each gel provides 30 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, for quick energy with a steady output, plus 100 mg of caffeine for alertness and focus when the effort gets hard. The subtle peach tea taste helps prevent flavour fatigue, so you can keep fuelling regularly from the start line to the finish. Certified by Informed Sport and suitable for vegan, gluten-free and nut-free diets, it is designed for efforts from 5K right up to 100-mile events. Recommended use: one gel every 20–30 minutes, 2–3 gels per hour, with at least 500 ml of water, adjusting to intensity and your individual needs.
